Hello everyone, and welcome to Syncello and to our blog! We've set up this forum and blog to collaborate with our users, showcase what Syncello can do, and share how it can help you in your daily work.

We'll be posting regularly with demo videos, real-world use cases, and tips on getting the most out of your Syncello account. But there are a few things you can do to get started right away:

Sign up for a new account and start your 30-day free trial.
Head to your Integrations page and connect any of our integration partners — you'll either authorize through OAuth or supply an API key.

That's it. From there, you'll unlock a powerful toolkit you can put to work across a number of areas:

Chrome Extension & web app — Download the Chrome Extension to start chatting with Syncello AI, or use our web interface. The extension also unlocks special features inside Podio Workflow Automation.
REST API — Access any of our tools and integrate with Podio Workflow Automation and other automation platforms. We handle every connection — all you need is one API key.
MCP — Connect Syncello to any MCP-capable client. We recommend Claude.ai, Claude Desktop, or Claude Code to get the most from the toolkit: bring your own model and give it access to all of your accounts through one simple connection.

Syncello also offers a number of Podio-specific features:

Health Monitoring — Sync all of your workspaces, apps, and flows, then use our AI-guided tools to diagnose and document your entire PWA system.
Error Capture — Send all PWA errors to one place for easy, trackable resolution.
Data Syncs — Mirror your Podio apps to a PostgreSQL database (we recommend Neon) and let Syncello AI query your data directly, running complex queries on your behalf.

Syncello AI also includes platform-agnostic tools for advanced reporting, document generation, and web search. And our Playbook feature lets you distill a complex, multi-step operation into a single reusable file — essentially letting you write workflows in plain language and run them on demand.
